Opening or closing session for a full room. One idea, delivered with examples from your industry.
Breakout
Concurrent session with discussion built in.
Panel
Moderated discussion, two to five voices. We can run the panel or sit on it.
Workshop
Participants leave with something completed — a map, a script, a plan. Caps at 40.
Half day
Deep skill build for an intact team, with practice rounds and feedback.
